Telemarketer
We are looking for a Telemarketer to engage potential clients through outbound calls, introduce our services, and follow up on qualified leads. This role is ideal for a confident communicator with strong persuasion skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing services and value proposition.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the business development team.
Maintain a professional and engaging approach to build rapport with potential clients.
Follow up on leads through phone, email, and messaging (Viber/Whatsapp) platforms to nurture interest.
Maintain an organized record of calls, client responses, and lead status updates.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Gather feedback from potential clients to improve outreach strategies.
Qualifications
Preferred College Graduate
Experience with Google Workspace (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
Proficient in Filipino and English
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
Confidence in cold calling and handling objections professionally.
Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
