Key Accounts Specialist (Construction Materials)

Taguig City, Metro Manila · Sales
Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships especially in key accounts, executive effective sales strategies, drive sales growth, and achieve forecasted sales budgets and targets 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key retail and distribution partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like R&D, Technical, Operations, and Marketing to drive sales growth
  • Establish presence in all markets with a full range products
  • Ensure client satisfaction and address their needs
  • Understand market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare regular sales reports and analyze KPIs

Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related courses
  • With at least 3 to 5 years experience in Key Accounts Management for construction or building materials, covering Luzon retailers and distributors
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Must be willing to work in Taguig City and do field work
