Develop and maintain strong client relationships especially in key accounts, executive effective sales strategies, drive sales growth, and achieve forecasted sales budgets and targets
Develop and maintain relationships with key retail and distribution partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams like R&D, Technical, Operations, and Marketing to drive sales growth
Establish presence in all markets with a full range products
Ensure client satisfaction and address their needs
Understand market trends and competitor activities
Prepare regular sales reports and analyze KPIs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related courses
With at least 3 to 5 years experience in Key Accounts Management for construction or building materials, covering Luzon retailers and distributors
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Must be willing to work in Taguig City and do field work
