Develop and implement training programs to ensure that the sales teams have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the automotive and industrial markets

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related fields
A minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, catering to the automotive or industrial sectors
At least 5 years experience in a leadership role in sales
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing sales teams to achieve revenue growth targets
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with the automotive and industrial markets, including industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers, partners, and vendors in the automotive and industrial sectors
