- Find and close new clients (B2B & B2C) for our printing services.
- Promote and explain services such as business cards, flyers, banners, tarpaulin, shirts, tote bags, corporate giveaways, etc.
- Manage customer inquiries (walk-ins, referrals, online).
- Create quotations and assist in order processing.
- Follow up on leads and maintain good client relationships.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate and timely orders.
- Help the team meet monthly sales targets.
