Support the company’s growth in the laboratory services sector and ensure long-term client satisfaction through effective relationship and territory management
Handle client inquiries, renewals and service concerns, and conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions
Provide client feedback and market insights for service development
Ensure high client satisfaction and reduce churn
Identify and build new partnerships in target industries (manufacturing, food, environmental)
Analyze trends and adjust market strategy accordingly
Drive market expansion in the assigned territory (either NCR or Region 3 – Pampanga) and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
Promote value-added services and custom packages
Maintain sales pipeline for upselling opportunities
Develop quarterly territory sales plans
Negotiate contracts and pricing terms
Report on sales performance and market share
Work closely with operations, technical and marketing teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Chemistry or any related fields
At least 2 to 3 years experience in B2B account management or B2B technical sales
Similar role experience from a testing laboratory environment is highly preferred
Must have strong skills in account management, client engagement, territory planning, sales negotiation and CRM systems
Must have a valid driver’s license and willing to travel for fieldwork in the assigned territory (NCR or Pampanga)
