JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
	- Contact potential customers who have shown interest in the products; call "warm" customer base and sell goods for health (i.e. vitamins, bioactive supplements) using provided scripts
 
	- Handle inquiries from customers interested in buying or learning more about products, provide information, and close sales 
 
	- Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to supervisors when necessary
 
	- Establish positive and professional relationships with customers to enhance the company's image and encourage repeat business
 
	- Maintain accurate and correct completion of the CRM 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
 
	- German speaking (B2 to C1 fluency level)
 
	- At least 1 to 2 year sales and call center experience; candidates with no experience but with strong desire to learn and work in sales, are also welcome to apply, but must have the required German language proficiency
 
	- Must have good communication  skills
 
	- Result-oriented, sales-motivated and thrives in high-pressure situations
 
	- Must be amenable to work Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week), 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm Philippines time
