JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate strategic initiatives across real estate development, beauty and wellness, management services and construction business units
Manage the Chairman’s priorities, schedule and key stakeholder relationships
Prepare board materials, strategic reports, and executive presentations
Lead high priority corporate initiatives including Merger and Acquisition activities and strategic partnerships
Manage day-to-day priorities of a dynamic executive office; ensure alignment with corporate strategy
Act as a central point of integration among multiple businesses, fostering collaboration and cohesion, and serve as central coordination point between all business units
Interface with key clients, partners, government officials, and industry leaders
Coordinate organizational response during critical situations
QUALIFICATIONS:
MBA or equivalent advanced business degree from a reputable institution
5-10 years experience in supporting C-Suite executives, preferably in diversified business groups
Experience in real estate development, beauty and wellness, construction or professional services is highly preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills in English and Filipino
Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, supporting C-Suite leaders in multi-entity environment
Ability to translate high-level directives into coordinated actions across multiple business units
Skilled in crafting board-level briefs, reports and presentations with clarity and impact
Must be willing to work in Katipunan, QC
