Chief of Staff to the Chairman and President (Real Estate, Beauty & Wellness, or Conglomerate)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate strategic initiatives across real estate development, beauty and wellness, management services and construction business units

  • Manage the Chairman’s priorities, schedule and key stakeholder relationships

  • Prepare board materials, strategic reports, and executive presentations

  • Lead high priority corporate initiatives including Merger and Acquisition activities and strategic partnerships

  • Manage day-to-day priorities of a dynamic executive office; ensure alignment with corporate strategy

  • Act as a central point of integration among multiple businesses, fostering collaboration and cohesion, and serve as central coordination point between all business units

  • Interface with key clients, partners, government officials, and industry leaders

  • Coordinate organizational response during critical situations

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MBA or equivalent advanced business degree from a reputable institution

  • 5-10 years experience in supporting C-Suite executives, preferably in diversified business groups

  • Experience in real estate development, beauty and wellness, construction or professional services is highly preferred

  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills in English and Filipino

  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, supporting C-Suite leaders in multi-entity environment

  • Ability to translate high-level directives into coordinated actions across multiple business units

  • Skilled in crafting board-level briefs, reports and presentations with clarity and impact

  • Must be willing to work in Katipunan, QC
