	- Oversee daily operations across multiple clinic locations ensuring consistent service quality
 
	- Full P&L responsibility including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving profitability targets
 
	- Ensure all services meet international aesthetic medicine standards and DOH requirements
 
	- Lead comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition
 
	- Lead strategic campaigns and customer engagement initiatives that elevate brand visibility and drive revenue
 
	- Implement luxury service standards and customer relationship management programs
 
	- Identify expansion opportunities and new service offerings
 
	- Champion service innovation and continuous improvement in the client journey
 
	- Manage relationships with equipment suppliers, pharmaceutical companies, and service providers
 
	- Implement clinic management systems, booking platforms, and customer management tools
 
	- Recruit, develop and manage medical professionals, aesthetic specialist, and support staff
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
 
	- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
 
	- At least 10 years of significant experience in marketing and operations management within the beauty, skincare clinic, and retail sectors
 
	- Deep understanding of aesthetic clinic operations and beauty industry trends
 
	- Familiarity with DOH regulations and healthcare compliance requirements
 
	- Proven track record scaling multi-location healthcare or service operations
 
	- Experience in aesthetic clinic marketing and brand development, strong P&L management and financial analysis capabilities
 
	- Results-driven, innovative, with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry
 
	- Must be willing to work in Katipunan, Quezon City
