Oversee day-to-day operations across all clinic locations ensuring consistent service delivery, inventory, scheduling, and customer service performance across outlets
Develop and implement standard operating procedures for clinical and administrative processes
Identify gaps and implement SOPs to streamline workflows and minimize operations costs
Monitor KPI’s, sales targets, and operational metrics to improve branch efficiency
Work closely with marketing, HR and finance to ensure integrated business operations
Manage medical supplies, equipment and product inventory across multiple locations
Implement quality control programs to maintain service standards and regulatory compliance
Track key performance indicators including patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and cost control
Ensure exceptional patient experience and resolve escalated customer issues
Monitor and control operational expenses while maintaining service quality
Ensure all operations comply with DOH regulations and healthcare standards
Supervise frontline staff, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
5 to 8 years of operations management experience in aesthetic clinic, beauty and wellness, retail or service industries
Understanding of medical clinic operations and healthcare regulations
Proficiency in clinic management systems, inventory management software, and data analysis
Experience managing operations across multiple locations
Strong analytical skills and continuous improvement mindset
Deep understanding of patient care and service quality standards
