Operations Manager (Skin Clinic)

Quezon City, Metro Manila

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all clinic locations ensuring consistent service delivery, inventory, scheduling, and customer service performance across outlets
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for clinical and administrative processes
  • Identify gaps and implement SOPs to streamline workflows and minimize operations costs
  • Monitor KPI’s, sales targets, and operational metrics to improve branch efficiency
  • Work closely with marketing, HR and finance to ensure integrated business operations
  • Manage medical supplies, equipment and product inventory across multiple locations
  • Implement quality control programs to maintain service standards and regulatory compliance
  • Track key performance indicators including patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and cost control
  • Ensure exceptional patient experience and resolve escalated customer issues
  • Monitor and control operational expenses while maintaining service quality
  • Ensure all operations comply with DOH regulations and healthcare standards
  • Supervise frontline staff, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5 to 8 years of operations management experience in aesthetic clinic, beauty and wellness, retail or service industries
  • Understanding of medical clinic operations and healthcare regulations
  • Proficiency in clinic management systems, inventory management software, and data analysis
  • Experience managing operations across multiple locations
  • Strong analytical skills and continuous improvement mindset
  • Deep understanding of patient care and service quality standards
  • Must be willing to work in Katipunan, Quezon City
