Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Execution :Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets. Identify, qualify, and nurture sales opportunities within assigned accounts or territories. Contribute to business planning and account development efforts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients. Serve as the main point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular business reviews and proactively address client needs.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client business challenges, objectives, and processes. Recommend appropriate ERP or related enterprise solutions that deliver measurable value and ROI. Lead solution presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
  • Deal Negotiation & Closing: Lead end-to-end sales cycles including proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiation. Drive deals to successful closure and ensure smooth transition to implementation teams. Support client onboarding and solution adoption efforts post-sale.
  • Market Insight & Business Development: Stay up to date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic sales approaches. Share insights with clients to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales consultants, delivery teams, and support to deliver a seamless client experience. Coordinate with partners and ecosystem stakeholders to expand solution offerings and co-sell when appropriate. 
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and forecasting reports. Provide regular updates on key metrics, wins, and challenges to sales leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years in enterprise software sales, with at least 2 years focused on SAP or ERP solutions.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Sales Performance: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Client-Centric: Strong ability to understand client business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and the ability to communicate their business value.
