SAP S/4 HANA – FICO Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
1) Requirement Gathering and Analysis: 
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document financial and controlling requirements. 
•    Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify gaps that can be addressed through SAP S/4HANA FICO. 
2) Solution Design and Implementation: 
•    Design and configure SAP S/4HANA FICO modules to meet business needs, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Internal Orders.
•    Develop and execute functional specifications for custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces. 
•    Lead and participate in SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations, upgrades, and migrations. 
3) Testing and Validation: 
•    Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure system reliability and accuracy. 
•    Support users in testing activities and ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner. 
4) Training and Support: 
•    Provide end-user training and create user documentation to ensure successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA FICO functionalities. 
•    Offer ongoing support to users by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the SAP FICO modules. 
5) Project Management and Collaboration: 
•    Work closely with project managers to plan, execute, and deliver SAP S/4HANA FICO projects on time and within budget.
•    Collaborate with other SAP module consultants (e.g., MM & SD) to ensure seamless integration across modules. 
•    Support pre-sales activities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support. 
  • Experience with end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations is highly preferred. 
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling processes, including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, and Internal Orders. 
  • Experience with SAP Grow/RISE is a plus
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA FICO configuration and customizing. 
  • Ability to create detailed functional specifications for custom developments. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
  • Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. 
  • SAP S/4HANA FICO certification is a plus.
