Key Responsibilities:
· Interpret, implement, and ensure compliance with company quality assurance standards.
· Maintain accurate records of compliant and nonconforming processes.
· Track, document, and address quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
· Prepare internal reports and conduct audits to monitor quality assurance activities.
· Develop and update quality standards for production and design, introducing improvements when necessary.
· Create and implement testing protocols across all service lines.
· Identify training needs and coordinate programs to ensure organization-wide compliance with quality policies.
· Pursue ongoing professional development to stay updated on new solutions, technology, and best practices in quality management.
· Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing products to ensure conformance with specifications and quality deliverables.
· Support operations and local quality teams in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels, as well as CSR, environmental, and health & safety KPIs.
· Investigate product complaints and inspection findings to closure, in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
· Develop or revise complaint handling and inspection procedures to ensure accurate investigation and documentation.
· Monitor risk management procedures and analyze problem logs to identify recurring issues for management and product development teams.
· Provide training and guidance to the quality assurance team on systems, policies, and core processes.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
· Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in quality assurance or related field.
· Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and quality management systems (QMS).
· Excellent communication and training facilitation skills.
