Account Manager (Identification and Security Solution)

San Juan City, Manila · Sales

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Learn company products, applications, and market trends.

  • Source accounts and gather data through calls, canvassing, and research.

  • Conduct product demos and present solutions to prospects.

  • Prepare proposals, handle negotiations, and address competitor offers or budget concerns.

  • Coordinate with sales support for delivery, installation, and training.

  • Assist technical/distribution teams during delivery/installation (NCR accounts).

  • Monitor government e-procurement platforms for bidding opportunities.

  • Submit reports (itinerary, sales forecasts, territory updates, account status).

  • Join sales meetings, planning sessions, trade shows, and marketing events.

  • Maintain organized records of client data, proposals, and contracts.

  • Build strong customer relationships and respond to inquiries.

  • Track competitors, provide feedback, and suggest improvements.

  • Perform other sales-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.

  • At least 1 year of sales experience.

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and selling skills.

  • Customer-focused with strong account sourcing ability.

  • Creative, energetic, and eager to learn.

  • Independent, confident, and results-driven.

  • Team player with good time management and planning skills.

  • Adaptable, and committed to excellence.
