Gain a strong understanding of company products (steel doors, roofing, floor frames, and construction solutions).
Identify and target prospective customers.
Prepare monthly sales plans with clear targets and strategies.
Meet with clients to assess needs, present solutions, and conduct product demos.
Provide brochures, technical details, and presentations as needed.
Prepare and submit sales quotations/proposals, and secure Purchase Orders or Sales Contracts.
Ensure accuracy of contracts (pricing, discounts, delivery details, payment terms).
Submit weekly sales reports and updates.
Monitor customer orders and coordinate with PMG, Credit, and Collection teams to resolve issues.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferably in construction materials).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge in sales planning and customer relationship management.
Functional: Sales planning, lead generation, negotiation, closing.
