Key Responsibilities:
	- Controls the KPIs for the shift: within target %yield and %purity for IPP produced, within specs quality of monomer, labor & machine productivity, materials consumption.
 
	- Ensures all procedures are being followed and immediately reports any problem during process to Supervisor.
 
	- Ensures to do process audit to ensure that procedure is timely updated.
 
	- Assist Auditor during Kamishibai Audit and do necessary corrective actions on the audit findings.
 
	- Understands and adhere to all local and corporate Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality policies.
 
	- Carries out tasks and works directly related to the Company policies.
 
	- Participates to Company internal audits programs relevant to the job such as IMS and 5S.
 
	- Interacts with operators to ensure trust, respect & positive attitude on the shop floor.
 
	- Manages the allocation of manpower resources (absenteeism, VL, etc.).
 
	- Ensures the respect of work instructions & EHS rules. Contributes to related EHS audits.
 
	- Leads/facilitates daily production/toolbox meetings with operators. Flow down/up cascade plant global information to operators.
 
	- Controls preventive & curative maintenance operations.
 
	- Contributes to the setting of the production program.
 
	- Ensures the link with all support functions at the shop floor level.
 
	- Reports to Supervisor any problem that cannot be solved within the day.
 
	- Appraises operators during specific performance review periods.
 
	- Utilizes soft skills to develop/coach/improve performances.
 
	- Rewards performance & sanction them when it is appropriate.
 
	- Participates in the improvement plan defined by the workshop.
 
	- Ensures implementation of shift continuous improvement actions at the shop floor level with involvement of the operators.
 
	- Reviews the progress of his/her shift EPS actions & results.
 
	- Ensures integrity of processes to defined parameters and specifications
 
	- Identifies critical items and highlight potential issues that may pose risks to customer and the products.
 
	- Undertakes other duties as appropriate within his/her competence, as required by superior from time to time.
 
	- Actively participates in the Corporate Social Responsibility’s Programs.
 
Qualifications: 
	- At least graduate of 2-yr course
 
	- College graduate and with experience in Laboratory process
 
	- Has experience in people handling and with 2 years experience in manufacturing company set-up
 
	- Solid technical knowledge on laboratory setup or chemical handling
 
	- Ability to solve technical issues (with MTCE/Eng’g support if needed)
 
	- Basic knowledge in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
 
	- Capable in Handling People
