Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures employee data information in the payroll system are correct.
- Verifies payroll system man-hours and pay calculations.
- Ensures that pay change are duly signed by authorized persons & reflected in the system correctly.
- Submits copies of BIR 2316-Compensation Certificate and BIR Apha List Summary
- Prepares monthly SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF Premium contributions report & payments through eGov.
- Prepares monthly SSS & HDMF Loans report & payments through eGov.
- Prepares summary of all other payables deducted from employees and provides to Treasury Sr. Supervisor for payment.
- Prepares journal entries for monthly payroll.
- Maintains and analyzes some GL accounts schedules
- Production of parts, whole, and/or consolidation of financial plans (annual budgets, medium term plans, forecasts, etc)
- Undertakes other duties as appropriate within his/her competence as required by superior from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy; with professional qualification (e.g. Certified Public Accountant). Preferably, Certified Management Accountant.
- High proficiency in English (read, write, speak w/ ease)
- With 2-5 years experience in costing, financial planning & analysis, or finance.
- VBA Excel Macro Literate (at the minimum, can understand recorded codes and manipulate according to need/specifications)
- Advance MS Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, BI), MS PowerPoint
- Knowledgeable of contemporarily used ERP’s (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Highly analytical & keen to details.
- Dealing with ambiguity, taking and assuming initiatives, motivating others, innovation management, learning on the fly, communicating effectively, action/results oriented, customer focus, integrity & trust, negotiating, interpersonal Savvy
