Managing the customer PO
	- Routine customer communication for PO issuance
 
	- Reconcile the customer open PO with Singapore CS & Thailand CS
 
	- Setup the shipment schedule based on customer request
 
	- Monitor & follow up the updated delivery plan based on customer request
 
	- Creating weekly Open PO vs Delivery schedule for each customer
 
 
Managing the AR and collection
	- Weekly reconcile the customer payment with Singapore’s finance
 
	- Active communication with customer for the collection of each invoice
 
 
Supporting the Sales & Technical Team
	- Working closely with the Commercial & Technical team for customer update/report
 
	- Get the customer stock information for Commercial actions
 
	- General assistant for daily operation
 
 
Knowledge/Experience Requirements:
	- Working experience: 1-3 years
 
	- Computer & Skills: Information Management, Microsoft Office & Oracle 11i
