Job description:
We are looking for a results-driven Construction Sales Executive to manage and expand our client base nationwide. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with proven B2B sales experience and a passion for delivering innovative, high-performance building solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
	- Key point of contact between an organization and the clients.
 
	- Promote products and services to customers.
 
	- Demonstrating and presenting products.
 
	- Negotiate contracts, quotation with the aim of maximizing sales / profits.
 
	- Answering queries, offering advice, introducing products and services.
 
	- Organizing site visits, establishing new accounts, doing saturation or phone calls.
 
	- Maintaining accurate records using Odoo CRM.
 
	- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
 
	- Maintain sales forecasting aiming to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
 
	- Reviewing and preparing weekly and monthly sales performance using sales scoreboard.
 
Qualifications:
	- College graduate (Any course)
 
	- Atleast with 3-5 years of experience of Construction Sales Industry
 
	- Not limited to Real Estate and Sales Engineer position experience
 
	- With extensive knowledge and good strategy in closing projects
 
	- With strong desire to meet the monthly and yearly target
 
	- Willing to learn new things and follow established work schedule
 
	- Team player, assertive and goal-oriented individual
 
	- Willing to travel outside Cebu for client presentations, client visits, mockups and projects
 
	- Willing to be assigned in Cebu.
 
Additional:
	- Successful delivery payment and collected transactions: 0.75% commission
 
	- Supply, install and successful delivery payment and collected transactions: 1% commission
