About the Role:
We are hiring a Technical Sales Engineer who will handle construction chemicals and concrete-related solutions. The role focuses on developing strong relationships with clients in the construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectors, ensuring technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
This position includes a company-provided car to support regular client visits, site inspections, and field activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow accounts in the construction chemicals and concrete solutions segment.
- Conduct technical presentations, site visits, and product trials to promote company products.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within the construction and manufacturing industries.
- Provide technical guidance to customers and partners on product applications.
- Collaborate with the technical, operations, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project pipelines, prepare proposals, and deliver monthly sales performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in sales of construction chemicals, coatings, adhesives, or related materials.
- Strong knowledge of concrete technology, waterproofing systems, or industrial coatings is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Must be willing to travel and conduct fieldwork as part of the role.
- Driver’s license preferred.
