About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Technical Sales Engineer to handle infrastructure and construction-related products. The role involves managing key client accounts, expanding market presence, and providing technical support to ensure successful project execution.
This position offers the opportunity to work with industry-leading products and includes a company-provided vehicle for fieldwork and client visits.
Key Responsibilities:
	- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the infrastructure project segment.
 
	- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, project developers, architects, and engineers.
 
	- Conduct product presentations, technical consultations, and demonstrations for clients.
 
	- Identify new business opportunities through market research and project tracking.
 
	- Coordinate with internal technical and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and after-sales support.
 
	- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates.
 
	- Represent the company in trade shows, project site visits, and industry events.
 
Qualifications:
	- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or any related field.
 
	- At least 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, project selling, or account management within the construction or infrastructure industry.
 
	- Strong understanding of construction materials, sealants, coatings, or adhesives is an advantage.
 
	- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
 
	- Must be willing to do fieldwork and report onsite in Taguig City.
 
	- Valid driver’s license preferred.
