About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Taguig City. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling industrial and construction-related products and solutions to a wide range of customers, including contractors, engineers, project developers, and distributors.
This role involves maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical and product support to ensure customer satisfaction and market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence in assigned territories or industries.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, project managers, and procurement teams.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations to clients.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and client engagement.
- Coordinate with the internal technical and operations teams to ensure proper product application and client support.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.
- Participate in trade shows, seminars, and client meetings to promote products and strengthen brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 2–4 years of sales experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or chemical products (e.g., sealants, adhesives, coatings, waterproofing, or similar materials).
- Strong background in B2B sales, project selling, or dealer/distributor management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Taguig City and do fieldwork when required.
