The HR & Admin Manager operates in a regulated manufacturing environment, ensuring workforce stability, budget optimization, and strict compliance with company’s standards and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports HR leadership in employee relations, engagement, and workplace issue resolution
- Leads training, development, and engagement programs to improve performance and retention
- Manages recruitment, manpower planning, SAP employee data, and HR KPIs
- Oversees HR & Admin operations, budgets, compensation, benefits, and labor relations
- Drives people management, performance appraisals, coaching, and succession planning
- Ensures compliance with labor laws, corporate governance, and ethical standards
- Maintains clear communication with management, employees, and external stakeholders
- Manages HR budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial discipline
- Promotes Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance and safety culture
- Champions continuous improvement by streamlining HR processes and supporting productivity initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive HR and administrative management experience, preferably in a manufacturing plant.
- Demonstrated track record in handling labor unions, collective bargaining, and external government relations (e.g., DOLE, NLRC, AFAB, NCMB).
- Hands-on experience in managing HR budgets, payroll systems, and workforce planning.
- Experience in leading employee engagement programs, training and development, and leadership pipelines.
- Exposure to compliance audits, external inspections, and regulatory reporting.
- Background in cross-functional collaboration with management committees or executive teams.
