Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage warehouse staff and daily operations
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and storage conditions
• Ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and generate reports
• Implement safety protocols and enforce compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to meet operational needs
• Identify process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• At least 2 years of warehouse supervision experience
• Experience in inventory management and team leadership
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems is a plus
• Willingness to work onsite and flexible with work schedules
