Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Training Lead/Coversion Manager to oversee outbound telemarketing performance while leading all training and agent development initiatives within our Conversion team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver onboarding and ongoing training (product, scripts, objection handling, compliance)
- Conduct role-plays, call simulations, and live coaching
- Own conversion KPIs: conversion rate, productivity, QA, and revenue contribution
- Provide real-time floor support, call monitoring, and performance coaching
- Build and optimize sales scripts and QA frameworks
- Ensure strict compliance with scripts and campaign standards
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years in telemarketing or call-center operations
- Proven experience in agent training and coaching
- Strong knowledge of dialers, CRMs, and KPI-driven environments
- Ability to build processes, lead teams, and take full ownership of results
Preferred
- Experience in BPO/offshore operations
- Background in financial services, insurance, telco, or high-ticket sales
