About the Role

Hands-on, tech-savvy innovator to become the first member of our R&D and technology team. This is an on-site position based in Ortigas, where you’ll take charge of setting up CRM systems, workflow automations, and AI tools that power the company’s operations and efficiency.

Someone who enjoys experimenting, building systems from the ground up, and transforming ideas into working solutions

What You’ll Do

• Research, select, and implement CRM systems for sales and operations.
• Integrate CRMs with telephony, data, and reporting tools.
• Build automations using Zapier, Make, or custom APIs.
• Test and deploy AI-driven tools to enhance productivity.
• Work directly with management to design, document, and optimize internal systems.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in CRM setup (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or Salesforce).
• Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable, etc.).
• Interest or experience in AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Jasper, etc.).
• Independent, resourceful, and self-starter mindset — able to execute projects end-to-end.
• Basic scripting or API experience is a plus.
