The HR Recruitment & OD Supervisor leads end-to-end recruitment and organizational development initiatives to ensure the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent. This role focuses on data-driven hiring strategies, process improvement, and people development.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the recruitment and HR team
- Lead manpower planning, sourcing, and hiring strategies
- Manage high-volume and specialized recruitment
- Develop and improve recruitment pipelines and employer branding
- Use AI tools and HR tech to enhance sourcing, screening, and analytics
- Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire)
- Design and implement OD programs, training, and performance frameworks
- Create HR reports and dashboards for management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of HR recruitment experience
- At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong background in recruitment is required
- Proficient in AI recruitment tools, ATS, and data analytics
- Strong reporting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas and on paid Saturdays if required
