Graduate of BS Chemical Engineering or BS Mechanical Engineering
At least 5–10 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
Strong ability to manage conflicts and oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations
Proven, broad understanding of plant operations and manufacturing processes
Willing to work onsite in Taguig

Leads and oversees the Operations Division, covering Manufacturing, Production Planning, Warehouse & Logistics, Engineering, and Maintenance, ensuring all processes meet customer requirements and comply with established Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (QEHS), and Sustainability Management Systems.
Ensures full implementation and compliance with EHS and Sustainability Programs across all operational sites, supporting and aligning with corporate EHSS directives.
Develops, implements, monitors, and continuously improves operational efficiency initiatives.
Defines and cascades operational and departmental objectives aligned with customer satisfaction and company targets; ensures achievement through KPI monitoring and corrective measures.
Ensures efficient workflows across all operational departments by fostering effective communication, coordination, and collaboration within teams and with interfacing departments.
Conducts regular Operations meetings to address concerns, align priorities, and communicate updates.
Actively participates in Management and Executive Committee meetings, submits required monthly and ad hoc reports to the General Manager, and contributes to both short-term and long-term strategic planning aligned with company goals.
Prepares and manages the annual capital expenditure budget in coordination with Engineering, Maintenance, and other departments; controls costs based on approved budgets and leads innovation and improvement projects to enhance factory performance and sustainability.
Leads and manages plant expansion projects, including testing, commissioning, and project turnover.
Ensures that personnel competencies across operational departments meet required standards; develops and implements training and competency development programs.
Encourages employee involvement by providing channels for operational improvement suggestions and supporting feasible, cost-effective initiatives.
Initiates and manages projects focused on reducing environmental impact and continuously improving environmental performance.
Ensures adherence to and active participation in projects aligned with the company’s Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, and Sustainability Management Systems.
Ensures strict compliance with all operating standards, policies, systems, procedures, and work regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned by immediate superiors.
