Graduate of Mechanical Engineering (licensed preferred)
At least 5 years of experience in production and maintenance
Strong leadership and coordination skills in manufacturing operations
Knowledgeable in production processes, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols
Supervises and directly leads activities on Powder and Liquid manufacturing lines, ensuring production follows the schedule, picking list, test parameters, and product formulations under the direction of the Plant Manager.
Ensures optimal use of resources (manpower, electricity, water, tools, equipment) to meet output targets, minimize downtime, and maintain efficient machine operation according to Work Instructions and Safety guidelines. Conducts toolbox meetings for operators and ensures the Daily Pre-start-up Checklist is completed.
Ensures all Work Orders are posted in the ERP system within 24 hours of production completion.
Coordinates with Production Planning, QC, Warehouse, and Logistics on product quality standards, raw and packaging materials, and customer lead times.
Analyzes bottlenecks and process issues, using historical data to recommend improvements in cycle time, production efficiency, and operational productivity.
Assists the Plant Manager in implementing continuous process improvements and conducts time and motion studies to increase output and efficiency.
Ensures the continuous daily operation of production lines by conducting line and machine inspections, reporting issues via Repair Request Forms, and ensuring timely repair of machines and equipment.
Records and monitors KPIs, submitting daily and monthly performance reports to the Plant Manager and Head of Operations Strategy.
Ensures building facilities and plant utilities (e.g., air conditioning, lighting) are functional by promptly reporting issues to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager.
Assists the maintenance team during troubleshooting; ensures compliance with all Safety and Preventive Maintenance procedures and work permit requirements.
Participates in the commissioning and testing of new projects and assists the Plant Operations Manager in evaluating new technologies to enhance plant capacity.
Leads the team, fostering teamwork, professionalism, and collaboration across departments to achieve set goals and targets.
Actively participates in company projects regarding quality and environmental standards, ensuring compliance with company policies. Maintains 5S standards in all areas of the factory.
Coordinates with contractors for production-related projects, ensuring necessary work permits are secured.
Strictly adheres to company policies, systems, procedures, work rules, and regulations.
