Marketing Supervisor

Job Overview

The major responsibility of a Marketing Supervisor is to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive the company’s growth and achieve its business objectives. This involves overseeing all marketing activities to ensure they align with the company’s goals and effectively reach target audiences.

Major Responsibility

  • Strategic Planning: Creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals. This includes setting clear objectives, identifying target markets, and outlining the tactics and channels to be used.

  • Campaign Management: Leading the design, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns. This involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, managing resources, and ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conducting research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics. Using this information to make data-driven decisions and refine marketing strategies.

  • Brand Management: Ensuring that the company’s brand is consistently represented across all marketing materials and channels. This includes maintaining the brand’s image and messaging to build and enhance its reputation.

  • Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring the marketing team, setting goals, and managing performance to ensure that team members contribute effectively to the marketing strategy.

  • Sales Support and Collaboration: Working closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. Providing support through lead generation, marketing materials, and other initiatives that drive sales growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing plans.

2. Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.

  • Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling content and marketing materials.

  • Prepare Monthly Advertising Plan for the brand DVConsulting Franchise and Mainehil Real Estate.

3. Market Research

  • Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, emerging trends, and competitive positioning.

  • Use data and insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.

4. Brand Management

  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation.

  • Ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and tone across all marketing channels.

  • Goal: Achieve 2 NEW DVC Franchisees monthly.

5. Team Leadership

  • Supervise and guide the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns.

  • Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

  • Provide mentorship and foster professional growth within the team.

  • Navigate the needs of all the DVConsulting Franchise and Mainehil Real Estate to specific departments of DVC HO.

  • Assist ALL the needs of the DVConsulting Franchise and Mainehil Real Estate, from Marketing to Operations to Compliance.

6. Sales Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement strategies that drive lead generation and sales growth.

  • Develop marketing collateral and tools to support the sales process.

  • Amenable to look for potential clients under the umbrella of the company.

  • Do monthly sales and business planning with ALL DVC Franchisees; create "think tank" strategies to increase sales and generate NEW clients.

  • Visit ALL DVC NCR Franchisees monthly.

  • Visit VISMIN provincial DVC Franchisees (Cebu and Bacolod) quarterly.

  • Visit South Luzon and North Luzon DVC franchisees monthly.

7. Digital Marketing

  • Oversee online marketing efforts, including email marketing and social media.

  • Analyze digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.

  • Coordinate with Social Media staff on different posts to do monthly for the brand DVC.

8. Customer Engagement

  • Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and build long-term relationships.

  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews.

9. Reporting and Analysis

  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to measure effectiveness and make informed decisions.

  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes for senior management.

10. Partnerships and Collaborations

  • Identify and establish partnerships with other businesses, influencers, or organizations to expand market reach.

  • Negotiate and manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
