Marketing Supervisor – Franchise Noypi

Job Overview

The major responsibility of a Marketing Supervisor is to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive the company’s growth and achieve its business objectives and monthly goals. This involves overseeing and monitoring all marketing activities to ensure they align with the company’s goals and effectively reach target audiences.


Major Responsibility

Strategic Planning

● Creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals. This includes setting clear objectives, identifying target markets, and outlining the tactics and channels to be used.

Campaign Management

● Leading the design, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns. This involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, managing resources, and ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Market Research and Analysis

● Conducting research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics. Using this information to make data-driven decisions and refine marketing strategies.

Brand Management

● Ensuring that the company’s brand is consistently represented across all marketing materials and channels. This includes maintaining the brand’s image and messaging to build and enhance its reputation.

Team Leadership

● Leading and mentoring the marketing team, setting goals, and managing performance to ensure that team members contribute effectively to the marketing strategy.

Sales Support and Collaboration

● Working closely with the sales, compliance and operations teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. Providing support through lead generation, marketing materials, and other initiatives that drive sales growth.


Duties and Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning

● Think of new ways to generate new clients.
● Do fieldwork for Operations Manual write up. Do business visits to Franchise Noypi clients as per need.
● Provide business consultations and Trainings to Franchise Noypi Module 3 clients.


2. Campaign Management

● Attend client meetings with the Franchise Manager.
● Attend Franchise events and conventions. Expenses to be paid by Franchise Noypi.
● Monitor the Franchise Noypi FB page and Franchise Noypi website regularly. Update daily features of the 2 social media platforms.
● Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Department for the post graphics preparation and Module 2 canva deck presentations.
● Prepare webinar series and podcast for Franchise Noypi.


3. Market Research

● Do Regular competitive benchmarks of Francorp, Easy Franchise, U Franchise RK Consultancy and Coach Niel.
● Use data and insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.


4. Brand Management

● Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation.
● Ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and tone across all marketing channels.


5. Team Leadership

● Supervise and guide the marketing team (as applicable) in planning and executing campaigns.
● Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
● Provide mentorship and foster professional growth within the team.


6. Sales Support

● Achieve monthly sales goal.
● Generate NEW clients for Franchise Marketing. Close the deals and Execution of Franchise Marketing Package 1, 2, and 3.
● Prepare and keep Franchise Noypi client monitoring sheet including payment monitoring.


7. Digital Marketing

● Reply to FB meta queries, send proposals.
● Do Zoom, face to face or phone calls to do Company Presentations to Franchise Noypi prospects. Close the deals.
● Oversee online marketing efforts, including email marketing and social media.
● Analyze digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.


8. Customer Engagement

● Writing and execution: Prepare Operations Manual, part of Module 2.
● Endorse Franchise Noypi costing sheet templates to CPA for computations, part of Module 1.
● Review franchise contracts, revise and update as per industry of the Franchise Noypi client, part of Module 1.


9. Reporting and Analysis

● Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to measure effectiveness and make informed decisions.
● Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes for senior management.


10. Partnerships and Collaborations

● Identify and establish partnerships with other businesses, influencers, or organizations to expand market reach.
● Negotiate and manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.


11. Other Tasks

● Other tasks deemed necessary to be done as per assignment by the Franchise Manager.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a Marketing Graduate, or any Business-related course

  • Preferably Female but Male is also welcome

  • Must have at least 1 year to 3 years of experience in Marketing

  • Willing to do fieldwork anywhere in the Philippines

  • Knowledgeable on social media postings and analytics

  • Age: 25 yrs old to 40 yrs old

  • Knowledgeable on microsoft word, excel and powerpoint
