Key Responsibilities:
- Map and engage key officials in target project sites.
- Act as the main contact for inquiries and coordination.
- Support internal preparation and coordination for trainings.
- Manage the full government bidding process for ATM products (DOH/LGU/hospitals).
- Prepare formulary submissions and monitor PhilGEPS, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, finance, and government focal persons.
- Attend procurement meetings and track bid status and inventory.
- Submit procurement requirements, including samples, in person.
- Provide sales forecasts, activity reports, and monthly workplans.
- Ensure compliance with procurement rules and COA guidelines.
- Collaborate with market access and government affairs teams.
- Identify and nominate sub-distributors for government procurement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Midwifery, Public Health, or a related field; advanced qualifications are highly desirable.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the government health sector, including strong network with national, regional, or local agencies, as well as local and/or international NGOs and supranational organizations.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a significant advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse groups.
- Proficient in IT, with the ability to efficiently utilize computers, tablets, and relevant technologies.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
