This role involves conducting on-site livestreams at farms, fields, and partner retailers, explaining product benefits, and engaging farmers in real time. The host must be comfortable traveling across Luzon, able to ride a motorcycle, and willing to work in field environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host engaging on-site livestreams for Bayer products.
• Explain product usage and answer live questions.
• Assist with basic livestream setup and content preparation.
• Coordinate with agronomy and marketing teams.
• Support lead generation with retailers and farmers.

Qualifications:

• College graduate in any course.
• Strong communication and on-camera presence.
• Background in agriculture or livestream hosting.
• Willing to learn agronomy or livestream operations.
• Can ride a motorcycle and travel frequently in Luzon.
• Familiar with TikTok/Facebook LIVE (preferred).
• Basic video or content editing skills are a plus.
• Reliable internet connection and conducive home workspace.
