Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Warehouse & Distribution Unit Lead in commercial agreement implementation
• Manage rebates, contracts, and credit note processing
• Calculate Market Funding programs and Free-of-Charge goods
• Monitor approvals, documentation, and supply chain contracts
• Track and report warehousing and freight costs (OPEX & OWF)
• Validate trucker billings and cost allocations
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and SCM teams
• Assist in daily Warehouse & Distribution operations and reporting
• Act as back-up to the Unit Lead when necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, contracts, or rebate processing preferred
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Detail-oriented with good documentation management
• Proficient in Excel and business systems (e.g., SAP)
• Good communication and coordination skills
