Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain construction coordination and monitoring processes across allactive sites
- Create and oversee project tracking tools, timelines, and reporting structures
- Plan, manage, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely and cost-efficientcompletion.
- Ensure timely submission and accuracy of daily, weekly, and monthly site reports
- Review site updates to identify risks, delays, or issues and escalate concerns early
- Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, procurement, and sales teams to align execution
- Monitor compliance with construction standards, documentation, and internal processes
- Consolidate site data into clear management-level summaries and performance reports
- Support continuous improvement of construction systems, controls, and workflows
- Act as a central point of coordination between field execution and management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in construction coordination, project management, or operations
- Strong understanding of construction workflows, timelines, and reporting
- Able to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail and organization
- Proficient in documentation, reporting tools, and basic project tracking systems
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Process-driven, proactive, and dependable under pressure
