Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial 
reporting standards
• Proven experience in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and analysis
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and SAP
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Solid understanding of tax regulations, compliance, and reporting requirements
Leadership and Soft Skills:
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a 
team
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present 
financial data to non-financial stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a manufacturing or construction-related industry
• Familiarity with international accounting standards and multi-currency transactions
• Proven track record in improving financial processes and implementing internal 
control
