Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to
meet and exceed regional sales targets.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Representatives,
providing guidance, motivation, and performance evaluations.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
key clients, contractors, developers, architects, and engineers.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends,
and the competitive landscape.
• Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior
management.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Cebu head office and other regional
offices to ensure alignment in sales strategies and company goals.
• Logistics and Collections Support: Oversee and support logistics, order fulfillment,
and collections in coordination with the main office and distributors.
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the construction
or building materials industry.
• A strong understanding of CRM systems (Monday.com experience is a plus).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales
team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
