Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven Outbound Sales Representative to focus on lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales energy, confidence in client interactions, and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and acquire new clients
- Present products/services and close sales opportunities
- Follow structured scripts and sales processes
- Handle objections using provided materials and sales techniques
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activity
- Continuously improve sales approach based on feedback and performance
Qualifications
- Strong sales background with proven closing experience (required)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Confident and professional in client-facing conversations
- Experience in outbound calling and lead generation
- Target-driven with a strong focus on results and conversions
Preferred Experience
- E-commerce or marketplace sales
- SaaS, tech, or platform-based selling
- Experience in online seller acquisition (e.g., marketplaces)
