Outbound Sales Representative

Ortigas, Pasig City

Work Setup: Hybrid (2–3x onsite weekly)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Day Shift)
Market Coverage: International (AU-based clients)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven Outbound Sales Representative to focus on lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales energy, confidence in client interactions, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and acquire new clients
  • Present products/services and close sales opportunities
  • Follow structured scripts and sales processes
  • Handle objections using provided materials and sales techniques
  • Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activity
  • Continuously improve sales approach based on feedback and performance

Qualifications

  • Strong sales background with proven closing experience (required)
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Confident and professional in client-facing conversations
  • Experience in outbound calling and lead generation
  • Target-driven with a strong focus on results and conversions

Preferred Experience

  • E-commerce or marketplace sales
  • SaaS, tech, or platform-based selling
  • Experience in online seller acquisition (e.g., marketplaces)
