Outbound Sales Team Lead

Ortigas, Pasig City

Work Setup: Hybrid (2–3x onsite weekly)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Day Shift)
Market Coverage: International (AU-based clients)

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Outbound Sales Team Lead to drive team performance, manage sales operations, and contribute directly to revenue generation. This role requires both leadership capability and the ability to actively engage in sales activities when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and coach a team of outbound sales representatives
  • Drive team KPIs, targets, and overall sales performance
  • Monitor pipeline activity, conversion rates, and performance metrics
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and support to improve individual performance
  • Step in to handle sales calls and close deals when necessary
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes, scripts, and quality standards
  • Report on team performance and provide insights to stakeholders
  • Foster a high-performance, target-driven sales culture

Qualifications

  • Strong sales background with hands-on selling experience (required)
  • Proven experience in team leadership and people management
  • Ability to drive performance, accountability, and results
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience handling sales targets, performance tracking, and coaching

Preferred Experience

  • E-commerce, marketplace, or platform sales
  • SaaS or tech sales environments
  • B2B outbound sales and seller acquisition
