Exhibit / Booth Designer
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Exhibit / Booth Designer to develop engaging booth concepts, technical layout plans, and exhibition designs for events, trade shows, and brand activations. The ideal candidate must possess strong 3D visual skillsets alongside the ability to generate accurate technical drawings (working drawings, floor plans, and elevations) for booth fabrication, collaborating closely with internal teams, project managers, and fabricators to ensure seamless, millimeter-perfect site execution.
Salary: 30k-35k
Contract Duration: 5 months (renewable)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Fine Arts, or any related field.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in exhibit, booth, event, or retail design.
- Proficient in design software for both 3D visualization and 2D technical drafting (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools).
- Strong understanding of technical plans, working drawings, space planning, structural integrity, and material specifications for booth fabrication.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized with spatial awareness.
- Good communication and coordination skills for interpreting client specs into buildable plans.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple production pipelines simultaneously.
- Applicants residing near Parañaque or nearby areas are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative booth, stage, and exhibit design concepts aligned with client briefs and visual identity.
- Produce clear technical drawings, working plans, floor layouts, section cuts, structural details, and exploded views required by fabrication/production teams.
- Prepare high-quality 3D perspectives, scale mockups, and client-facing design presentations.
- Specify exact measurements, finishes, electrical points, lighting placement, and fabrication materials within the technical blueprints.
- Work directly with fabricators, contractors, and event venue teams to explain technical specs, troubleshoot structural adjustments, and ensure proper on-site assembly.
- Modify technical plans and design files based on site constraints, safety regulations, and client updates.
- Maintain organized, scale-accurate CAD files, 3D assets, and master technical documentation for all assigned projects.
