Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Exhibit / Booth Designer to develop engaging booth concepts and exhibition designs for events, trade shows, and activations. The ideal candidate should have strong design visualization skills, experience in booth fabrication concepts, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure quality execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Fine Arts, or any related field
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in exhibit, booth, event, or retail design
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of booth fabrication, materials, and space planning
• Creative, detail-oriented, and organized
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Applicants residing near Parañaque or nearby areas are preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Create booth and exhibit design concepts based on client requirements
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D perspectives, and design presentations
• Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, and project teams for production requirements
• Ensure designs are functional, visually appealing, and aligned with project objectives
• Revise and improve designs based on feedback and project needs
• Assist in project execution and site inspections when needed
• Maintain organized project files and design documentation
