Responsibilities:
Verify the accuracy and validity of financial transactions.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with PFRS.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare supporting schedules for financial reports, audits, and tax filings.
Assist in preparing internal financial reports for management review.
Assist in the preparation and filing of BIR tax requirements (VAT, income tax, withholding taxes, and other statutory reports).
Support compliance with regulatory requirements from SEC, BIR, LGU, BOC, PEZA, and other government agencies.
Monitor and reconcile inventory accounts (raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods).
Assist in maintaining accurate financial and warehouse records.
Assist department heads in budget preparation and monitoring of variances.
Provide basic financial data and analysis to support decision-making and cost control initiatives.
Coordinate with Accounting, IT, and Warehouse teams for data accuracy and process alignment.
Support senior accountants and finance managers in daily operations.
Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (required)
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (required)
Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of accounting experience
Internship or exposure in general accounting, audit, or tax is an advantage
Familiarity with PFRS and basic accounting processes preferred
Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 standards is a plus
Must be residing in or near Carmona, Cavite or Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
Must be open to relocating to Sto. Tomas, Batangas if assigned to the Carmona, Cavite site.
