Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role
• Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing candidates
• Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through various recruitment channels
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment records
• Prepare candidate endorsements and recruitment updates
• Build talent pools for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
