Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
- At least 1 year of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or a related field.
- Knowledge of truck spare parts is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Trustworthy and able to work under pressure.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Prepare purchase orders and monitor the status of orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, deliveries, and order updates.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock when needed.
- Compare supplier prices, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely delivery of purchased items and resolve delivery concerns.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing requirements.
- Perform other purchasing and administrative tasks as assigned.
