WE'RE HIRING: ROVING LIVESTREAM HOST (AGRICULTURE)

Location: Mindanao (Davao Region Preferred)
Work Setup: Home-Based with Frequent Field Travel
Travel Requirement: Up to 70–80% Field Deployment Across Mindanao

Do you have a background in agriculture and enjoy communicating with people? We're looking for a Roving Livestream Host to showcase Bayer's agricultural solutions through engaging livestreams while visiting farms, retailers, and agricultural communities across Mindanao.

Qualifications:
• Graduate of Agriculture or a related field
• Knowledge of rice, corn, vegetables, and crop protection
• Confident communicator and comfortable speaking on camera
• Willing to learn livestream hosting and content creation
• Computer literate (MS Excel)
• Basic knowledge of Canva or CapCut is an advantage
• Must know how to ride a motorcycle
• Willing to travel extensively across Mindanao

Key Responsibilities:
• Host livestreams featuring Bayer agricultural products
• Conduct on-site livestreams at farms, demo fields, and partner retailers
• Explain product features and answer questions from viewers
• Coordinate with Agronomy, Product, and Marketing teams
• Prepare scripts and product demonstration content
• Monitor audience engagement and support farmer outreach initiatives
