Work Location: Guyong, Sta. Maria, Bulacan
Salary: PHP 23,000–27,000
Work Schedule: 6 days a week | 12-hour duty

Job Summary

Supervise boiler operations and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. Responsible for manpower scheduling, daily maintenance, boiler performance monitoring, and coordination with Maintenance and Production teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise boiler operations and ensure safe and efficient performance
• Oversee manpower scheduling and daily work assignments
• Assist in planning and coordinating daily maintenance activities
• Monitor boiler performance and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Support troubleshooting and implement corrective actions
• Prepare operational and performance reports
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Production teams

Qualifications

• Licensed Engineer, preferably Mechanical Engineer
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in boiler operations
• Strong knowledge of boiler systems; Coal-Fired / Chain Grate Boilers preferred
• Able to analyze operational data and prepare reports
• Troubleshooting experience is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
