INSTRUMENTATION FOREMAN

Work Location: Guyong, Sta. Maria, Bulacan
Salary: PHP 25,000–30,000
Work Schedule: 6 days a week | 12-hour duty

Job Summary

Oversee and supervise instrumentation and control system operations to ensure reliable and efficient plant performance. Responsible for managing instrumentation technicians, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining system records, and supporting process improvement initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of instrumentation and control systems
• Supervise and guide instrumentation technicians
• Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and system records
• Support process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in instrumentation or a related field
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems
• Ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
