Finance Manager

HIRING: FINANCE MANAGER

Salary: Php 80,000 – Php 100,000/month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Arrangement: Hybrid — 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days WFH

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and review Financial Statements and financial reports
• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records
• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation
• Oversee tax compliance and statutory reporting
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate with outsourced accounting teams and external auditors
• Analyze financial data and provide reports to management
• Ensure timely and accurate financial deliverables

QUALIFICATIONS

• CPA License is required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy is required
• At least 5 years of Finance and Accounting experience
• Must have experience working in an Accounting/Audit Firm
• Retail industry experience is an advantage
• Strong background in Financial Reporting and Tax Compliance
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
