Safety and Security Head
Position Level: Manager
Work Setup: Full On-Site
Salary Range: ₱80,000 – ₱90,000 / month
Industry Focus: Real Estate Development, Construction, Property Management, Infrastructure, Industrial Estates, or Mixed-Use Commercial Developments
Key Responsibilities
Safety Management

Develop and monitor occupational safety and health programs in line with DOLE-OSHS standards.

Establish robust safety procedures for construction sites, project developments, offices, and operational facilities.

Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and compliance reviews.

Lead incident investigations and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive measures.

Monitor contractor and subcontractor adherence to safety rules and company standards.

Implement emergency preparedness, fire prevention, evacuation, and crisis response protocols.
Security Management

Formulate and implement company-wide security policies, procedures, and protocols.

Oversee physical security operations, access control, CCTV monitoring, and perimeter security.

Manage and evaluate third-party security service providers, guards, and personnel across all properties.

Conduct security risk assessments to address operational vulnerabilities.

Lead investigations involving security breaches, theft, fraud, vandalism, or workplace concerns.

Maintain strong coordination with law enforcement, PNP-SOSIA, LGUs, and local regulatory authorities.
Compliance & Administration

Ensure strict regulatory compliance across DOLE, PNP-SOSIA, BFP, DENR, and LGU requirements while maintaining all necessary permits and safety records.

Lead, coach, and develop the Safety and Security team to achieve operational excellence.

Establish KPIs, manage departmental budgets, and prepare detailed management reports on safety performance and risk exposure.

Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Property Management, and HR to foster a strong culture of safety and security.
Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, Security Management, Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a strong advantage).

Must hold a valid License to Exercise Security Profession (LESP) issued by PNP-SOSIA.

DOLE-Accredited Safety Practitioner/Consultant, Certified Security Professional (CSP), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), or equivalent certifications are highly advantageous.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in safety and security management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

Extensive background handling medium to large-scale real estate developments, construction projects, or property management operations.

Strong expertise in OSHS, risk assessment, crisis management, and multi-site third-party security management.
