Vice President for Engineering - Technical

Salary Range: 150k-200k

Position Level: Executive 

• Responsible for the overall engineering, technical operations, project development support, construction quality management, technical due diligence, value engineering, and project execution standards of the company.
• Provides strategic leadership to Engineering, Construction Management, QA/QC, Project Monitoring, Technical Audit, and Property Technical Services functions.
• Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, compliant with regulations, and aligned with company quality standards.

Key Qualifications: 
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Licensed preferred 
▪ With Master’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or Business 
Administration is an advantage 
▪ Minimum 15 years of progressive engineering and construction experience 
▪ At least 8 years in a senior leadership role within a real estate developer, property developer, 
construction company, or integrated property group  
▪ Extensive experience in land development, horizontal and vertical construction, project management, 
engineering design review, QA/QC systems, property management, contractor management gained 
from other related industries.
▪ With leadership competencies such as strategic planning, executive decision-making, change 
leadership, budget management, stakeholder management, negotiation and contract management, 
talent development, and cross-functional leadership
