Procurement and Asset Supervisor

Location: Tektite Towers, Exchange Road, Ortigas Center, San Antonio, Pasig City

Salary: ₱35,000 – ₱40,000

Work Arrangement: On-site

Work Schedule: Mon-Sat (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course

• 2 years of experience as a procurement and asset supervisor 

• With experience in sourcing for project bidding, suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors

• Has a wide network of contractors and suppliers (from office and janitorial supplies to building maintenance, construction, and development)

• With basic knowledge of asset management, including manual monitoring, issuance, and costing

• Excellent computer literacy; able to consolidate and organize reports from previous personnel

• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment

• Willing to present reports such as bidding results, supply chain, and other procurement-related reports during the final interview.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement and asset management activities, including sourcing, purchasing, issuance, monitoring, and documentation.

• Source, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers, vendors, contractors, and subcontractors for company and project requirements.

• Manage bidding and quotation processes, including supplier canvassing, proposal comparison, negotiation, and preparation of bidding reports.

• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, inventory, assets, and supply requirements to ensure timely and cost-effective operations.

• Prepare and consolidate procurement, asset, inventory, and supply chain reports while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
